  I can highly recommend Simon and his team. Simon has helped solve a number of issues for me, that have been caused by spending too many hours sitting at a desk) including a long term issue with tight hamstrings. Having visited at least 5 other chiropractors locally it was refreshing that Simon actually knew what he was talking about and suggested a solution (exercises and some alignment) that actually worked. I still go for the occasional check up (4 times a year) but I can honestly say I'm in great shape now compared to before.
